the great spring bake-off

In the next week I will be making double batches of:
Black bean muffins
kale tortillas (substituted for spinach)
walnut oat scones
almond pulp cookies
Cendrines nut free granola
nut-free granola bars
chewy granola bars
Quinoa apple cinnamon cake
olive oil muffins (with spelt flour)
I cant wait for my freezer to be full of yummy, easy, and mostly healthful treats for everyone. I will let you know how it all goes. Happy Spring!
